Gaya99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and Gaya99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, software, and all services provided by Gaya99.

Continued use of the Gaya99 platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes full acceptance of the latest version. Gaya99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and the most current version will always be available on our official website.

To register and use the Gaya99 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Gaya99 strictly prohibits underage individuals from using our platform in any capacity.
• An individual acting on their own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to bankruptcy proceedings in any jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Depositing funds from legitimate sources and not from the proceeds of any illegal activity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Gaya99 platform. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Required details include your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Gaya99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the Gaya99 support team immediately.
• Gaya99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify a member's identity.

Transferring, selling, or granting account access to another party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

Gaya99 supports a wide range of popular and recognised deposit methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Gaya99 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made under suspicious circumstances or in conflict with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy may be frozen pending further investigation.

Withdrawals at gaya99 are processed quickly and securely. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved:

• The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by gaya99, players, or any third party.
• Gaya99 transparently displays the Return to Player (RTP) for every slots game within the respective game information.
• Any technical disruption during a gaming session will be handled in accordance with Gaya99's technical resolution policy. If a game cannot be completed due to a system interruption, the relevant bets may be refunded.

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Strong evidence or suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no logins or transactions.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the Gaya99 support team via live chat or email. Once the closure request is received, all eligible balances will be returned to the associated payment method within three (3) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gaya99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond Gaya99's control.
• Odds display errors caused by technical delays or network disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

Gaya99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the gaya99 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us for an orderly account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution forum.
