Every time you place a bet at Gaya99, VIP points are accumulated automatically. No special registration or feature activation required — the points system runs in the background, and you can track your progress via your account dashboard at any time.
Points accumulation rates vary by game type. This is designed to ensure that players who choose higher-risk or longer-commitment games are also rewarded accordingly.
Points never expire as long as your account remains active. To maintain your VIP tier, you need to sustain a minimum points total within a three-month period. If activity drops, your tier may be reduced by one level — not straight to the bottom. This gives players enough time to return to activity without losing all the benefits they've earned.
Gaya99 Tip: Playing on weekends and during "2× Points" promotions can dramatically accelerate your VIP progress. Keep an eye on the Promotions section for the latest double points offers.
The Gaya99 VIP Rewards Programme is more than just numbers and percentages on paper — it's about the real experience you feel every time you play. Once you reach Platinum and above, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who understands your playing preferences and can assist with special requests.
Diamond and Elite players at Gaya99 are also eligible for invitations to exclusive events across Malaysia — from member appreciation galas in Kuala Lumpur to exclusive esports tournaments. This is Gaya99's way of recognising players who have stayed loyal to the platform over the long term.
Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday — no manual claim required. Funds go directly to your main account balance and can be used immediately for play or withdrawal — no rollover required for VIP cashback.

VIP cashback is calculated based on your net weekly losses. Even during an unprofitable week, Gaya99 ensures a portion of your money is returned to you.
The Gaya99 VIP system is fully automatic — no application or separate registration needed:
All new members are automatically placed at Bronze Tier from day one of registration.
Every bet placed on slots, baccarat, blackjack, football betting, or e-sports earns VIP points automatically.
Log in to your account and open the "VIP Programme" tab to view your current points, tier, and how many more points you need to advance.
Once your points hit the next tier threshold, the upgrade happens automatically and the tier bonus is credited instantly.
Cashback is credited every Monday. Re-deposit bonuses can be claimed via the Promotions section based on your tier eligibility.
Real experiences from Malaysian players already at the top VIP tiers
"I've been playing at Gaya99 for over a year now. I'm at the Platinum tier and what I appreciate most is the fast withdrawals — submitted a request at 11pm and the money was in my bank account within 20 minutes. My personal account manager is also very responsive whenever I have an issue."
"The weekly cashback is genuinely real — every Monday without fail I see the credit come in, even on a bad week. That's what makes me feel Gaya99 truly values loyal players. Almost at Diamond now, can't wait to see what the monthly rewards are like!"
"Being at the Elite tier is the best — the high bet limits make a huge difference for EPL bets and VIP baccarat tables. The RM1,000 birthday bonus was a lovely surprise this year, didn't expect them to remember. gaya99 is truly in a class of its own — the personal touch is something else."
